Athens Hamfest 2023 took place on Sunday, April 30, 2023, and it was a success!
The early morning rain and cool temperatures helped fill the indoor-sales area but clearing skies after 8am kept the outdoor flea-market area busy.

The VE session resulted in three new Technician Class licensees, one upgrade from Technician to General, and one upgrade from General to Extra.
ACARA Treasurer Drew McDaniel, W8MHV, reports that the hamfest brought in 214 attendees, the highest number seen since 2014.
